Reward card not showing

My service went live 3 weeks ago and I have been getting emails and texts to claim my digital reward card. However when I follow the link and login there is nowhere on my page to claim my reward.

If the option to claim the Reward Card is not showing in your My BT account, I'd recommend contacting our Account and Billing guides for help.

They can access your account and get it chased for you.
