Hi, yeah, I’ve done that

One shows no rewards to claim, which I guess is the older one

The other takes me to a blank page

ive deleted the cache, tried both desktop and mobile chrome/edge, but nothing is coming up

Hi,

 

I think my 14 day cooling off period has ended, but I haven’t heard anything 

Please could someone double check?

Hi @Marklukewell,

I went over this for you to find out what was happening.

David has claimed it for you however the cooling off period doesn't end until 14 days after your order has completed.
