I'm having trouble claiming my BT rewards card for new broadband account. My BT ID seems to have my old account from a previous broadband package attached to it as well as my new broadband.
The page for the old account number works and says no reward available, but with the new account number the page does not load - I just get the standard header and footer with nothing in between. Tried this several times on multiple devices but there seems no way to get to the claim page
