My bill has gone
up
to over £60 a month and the phone is rarely used it is the broadband package causing the pain. I have a while to go under my contract. Does anybody know if BT will assist?

Do you have a TV package in addition to your broadband?
Even though you may not make many calls your package still needs to include line rental otherwise you could not received your internet connection
@stevegbennett there's no harm in asking, depending on how long your current contract has to run the deals might be limited, still worth an ask or for an account review, they can check the products you have benefit your needs.
Give the Loyalty team a call on 0800 800 150, they'll have access to the latest offers, if you accept then your current contract would be replaced with a new 24 month term.
