Reward card

Hi all,
I have recently joined and have received two emails about claiming the Reward Card however, if I am logged in and click the Reward Card link, the BT website just displays the header and footer, nothing else.

If I log in via the normal way (and not the RC email) then the site works as normal but there is no indication of how to claim said Reward Card.

Any suggestions please ?

Hi @alexhoward, sorry you can't claim your reward.

Please check that you've the 'Account Holder' status claimed on your account.
Were you a BT customer previously? If so have you more than one account linked to your BTID?

Thank you for your response, I have checked that I am the account holder. I used to be a bit customer so do have 2 accounts however when I log in I select my current account.
