I have a bt rewards card available (had both email and text to say so) but when I go to the page is says none is available, nor anything in previously redeemed.
I have two accounts (one an old one) so I'm guessing it's something to do with this.
Can anyone advise how to claim it?

Hi @Okomara,
When you are in your MyBT, it should show you what account you are logged into. It will show this on the top right hand of the page.
When you're trying to claim the reward card, make sure it shows your current account number there.

I tried it on both accounts and neither of them shows any rewards waiting to be claimed. There's also no history of any claims.
