Reward card

I applied for full fibre upgrade 5 months ago and a £75 reward card was part of the offer. It took 5 months for the upgrade to happen so am I still getting the reward card. I’ve checked the rewards card section and it’s not there and I haven’t had a. Email. Also shouldn’t I have been compensated for the 5 months waiting for my upgrade?
