Hi,

Nearly another month has passed and this is still not resolved.

I provided all the necessary information and then had a call from David who advised I would be emailed the gift card within 10 working days.

I've checked my junk folder. I've not received an email.

Please can someone see this through to resolution? I've been waiting on my gift card for many months now. Thanks.
