Reward card

Hello, 

Joined BT broadband 2 months ago and still cannot find my reward card. Can anyone help please?

I am sorry for the problems you're having.  Give my colleagues a call in the helpdesk on 0330 1234 150.  One of the team will be able to help claim your reward card.  Feel free to post back and let me know how you get on chatting with them.

Thank you for your response. I telephoned the helpdesk and they gave me a website to go onto, however, there was no link for an email to be sent for my reward card as the advisor had said there would be. He has now given me a number to call tomorrow, so the missing reward card saga continues.
