Reward card

Can anyone help me claim my reward card, I’ve had an email telling me to but when I log into my BT account there isn’t any links. Many thanks in advance.

Hi @Gilbo61 make sure you've chosen the correct account number from the drop down option if you have more than one account linked to your MyBT.
