Rewards card- 2 accounts

Hello I have an email to claim my rewards card, I have had a BT account in the past and when I go to sign up for my rewards card it doesnt show with mt current account number and my new one doesnt have GB next to it

Call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and have them remove the old account.

You will not be able to claim your Reward Card until you are out of your 14 day cooling off period.
