Hello. I have multiple accounts. One account was created recently. Personal details are mixed up between them. And I have failed to claim the rewards card for the new account. Please help.

HI @Edunbar The quickest way of fixing this is to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and you'll be able to claim the reward ok.
If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll raise the request to get the current BTID fixed.
