Router charge

Hi,

My BT broadband contract ended in July this year and I returned the old router in the labelled bag as required within days of receiving it. I am now receiving emails to say that I owe £50 for not returning the router. How do I resolve this?

Re: Router charge

When you took the hub to the post office, you would of been provided a receipt, that has a tracking reference on it, if you give that to BT when you call, they can verify the return of equipment.
