Setting up an account

Hello, 

 

I have just placed an order with yourselves, but I am yet to receive a confirmation order? When I try to log into my BT ID account, it seems to be sending me round in circles. It has been over half an hour. I have checked spam folder. 

Any help would be great.

You should have received almost immediately an email and/or text confirmation with the order number. Don’t use the BT app to log in it’s gone wonky, log in to My BT on a browser like safari/google chrome, there is a drop down under Help with options to track your orders. If nothing shows then the ordering processed failed.
