Hi,
FTTP has been rolled out to my street and I excitedly signup up last night to "Full Fibre 2" on this page:
https://www.bt.com/products/broadband/deals?ffsc=true
I have received confirmation emails since then which list my package as "Fibre 2". I have looked on my BT Account and it also lists the product as "Fibre 2". I am not interested in a FTTC product, only FTTP. Do I need to cancel and re-order "Full Fibre 100"? Have I accidentally ordered FTTC? Or is this just a glitch in product naming?

phone CS 03301234150 and they should be able to help you and advise which package you have signed up for
Before jumping the gun completely, what's your estimated speed sin your order confirmation? If it's 74 then it is FTTP
Thanks very much indeed for your help everyone. The email I received listed the details of the package as follows:
Broadband: Fibre 2
We predict your service will provide the following speeds:
Your estimated download speed: 74Mbps
Your estimated upload speed: 20Mbps
Your Stay Fast download speed: 34Mbps
So is this definitely FTTP?
Yes that will be FTTP, if it was FTTC it would have a from & to range not just the 1 figure
looks like FTTC to me
I'm with @imjolly on this one.
If it were Full Fibre it would say so and you'd get 150Mbps with a Stay Fast guaranteed download speed of 100Mbps.
This previous thread seems to be a good explanation and is confirmed at the end by a Moderator: Solved: Is Fibre 2 Full Fibre? - Page 2 - BT Community
That's an interesting thread.
Having read that thread I had to go and check my last renewal as there was a promise to get a free upgrade to Full Fibre when it's available. Fortunately the promise is for Fibre 100. 😉
