My contract is due to end 23rd Nov and I have offers via the upgrade page but all I get is Sorry, we can't show you any personalised deals at the moment, I want to stay with BT and change to full fibre but without some of what I already have like halo3. I have phoned a few times over the last couple of months to get a deal I am happy with (full 900MB fibre) but the systems don't seem to help the renewals team for options to remove halo3 etc.
Any ideas, I have seen over threads with the same or similar issues but they seemed to get sorted via private messages so maybe that's the way I need to go 🙂

sorry to bump this. I also have rang renewals and they have opened a ticket around this i believe.
