Hi i returned my kit last week both EE tv pro box and smart hub 2 however the status is saying only the smart hub 2 has been recieved, i can't prove what was in the packkage i sent back but i 100% know i put both the smart hub 2 and EE tv pro box in the same package so if you've recieved the hub you would have recieved the pro tv box too.
Can this please be sorted as i'm not paying £140 for something i returned, thankyou.

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
