Stuck Order

I've been instructed to choose a time for an engineer to visit for digital voice, but I'm unable to progress as I have my last renewal which is almost up - stuck as pending, I can't view my deals or anything. The order page forcibly takes me to the open order details so I cant even enter my VOL code.

DV doesn't require an engineer visit.

either phone CS 03301234150 or try contacting billing using message now
