Subscription in Xbox

Hello community I just bought a subscription but I want to make a refund or just cancel that subscription but I bought it in eneba and it's not my account someone knows how can I cancel that subscription

Thank you for posting. We can only help if the subscription was bought through BT. If you bought the Subscription through Eneba, you would need to contact them for guidance.
