after moving and signing up to 500mb Fibre on 23/06/23 I received 6months gamepass which I managed to activate. Then around the 16/11/23 I upgraded to 900mb. I received an email saying that my 6 months sub will be replaced by a 12 month subscription and there was nothing I had to do.
checking my bill yesterday it appears that this hasn’t been applied and I’ve been billed for the gamepass sub. Any ideas how to rectify this?
