Switching to EE

So I am currently on a package with BT at 900MBps but keep getting prompted to change over to a similar EE package however I have noticed EE actually offer a faster package in my area but doesn’t seem to come up when I look into it via the BT prompt. Anyone know if there’s a way I could change into this package without having to cancel and start over. Thank you

I know EE do a 1.6Gb package which I'm guessing you are seeing.  This is not available with BT however you would be able to upgrade to it and swap from BT to EE without any hassle - you would just need to contact BT over the phone and put the order in:

Place a broadband order or upgrade | BT Help
