Switched from BT to SKY broadband and advised in an email by BT that my TNT Sport would cease on 19 August 2024. I am still being charged for TNT Sport and despite being told twice on chats that this would be cancelled and my account adjusted I have just had the monthly DD taken a couple of days ago.
I am finding it impossible to cancel and the chat promises are not acted on. My broadband has cancelled and final account was cleared in September.
Help!!!

Welcome to the community.
I can understand your frustration at being told it is resolved and then finding that payments are still being taken.
If you are not getting a resolution with the chat team, I would recommend giving our customer service guides a call.
They can bring up your account to ensure this is cancelled for you, and if they need to, get it logged as a complaint to make sure it is resolved once and for all for you.
