We cancelled all of our TV package more than a month ago, but re-contracted for broadband and phone. However on both my latest bill today and the bill estimate for next month my tv package still shows on there. When I go to the My Package details it shows that we do not have the TV package and I cannot access the channels on the TV, so I know it has been cancelled. But I am still being billed for it?
Hi @ARTMOT, sorry you're still seeing the charge for the TV package on your bill. It may show as there is a 30 day notice period on cancelling TV. It should automatically disappear when the next bill is issued.
