Hello, my cash back has been declined for my new broadband does anyone know how I can rectify this?
Hi @Debster_79 I'm sorry there has been an issue with your cashback payment. Were there any issues with your order, did it have to be amended or changed after you placed it online? In the first instance, you need to raise a missing cashback claim with Topcashback to get this investigated.
