I’m transgender and I can’t speak to anyone about changing my name and title. I have a deed poll but I’m stuck. Can anyone help?

What do they say when you call them?

If you call BT on 0330.1234.150 and select billing it should be a straight forward call to do a name change after you have passed the security checks.
