I currently have two account numbers attached to my BT ID but only one is active so would preferably like to get the unused one removed as it is confusing when trying to make changes on my account.
Anyone able to point me in the right direction? I tried online chat but guessing its closed due to New Years day. Obviously not urgent but yeah would like to get it fixed.

Your avow to change which one is the primary account when you log into MyBT using your BT ID in the setting tap on web browser.
Unfortunately you cannot self serve the removal of an account.
You’ll need to contact BT for this and due to New Year BT is currently closed so this will need to be done tomorrow.
