Hi,
Each month I receive two almost identical billing emails for our broadband usage. They reference the same account number, but have different BT IDs – one is my email address another looks like an auto-generated set of numbers.
Please can you confirm whether this is normal and whether I'm being charged twice for the same account/usage.
