Unable to access My Account / My BT

Hi

I've recently rejoined BT from another provider, so as expected I have a new account number, everything was activated last week, however I still can't access the account from MyBT, instead all my old ones appear, if I go through My Details it shows 4 accounts including the new one, but selecting the new one does nothing.

If I do the same in the app it shows an error when I select products, billing, speed test etc

Can anyone advise on this please? I did try the live chat but I don't think the agent understood the issue
