Help please !
I am unable to access MyBT .. for over a month now.
Response is "unable to access your details " and top right corner shows account "innactive" whereas normally there was my account number.
I have tried new passwords and new ID account but no luck.
Any ideas much appreciated

There are numerous posts like yours. Have you tried if using the app try uninstall app then reinstall as there have been a few updates recently. I had the problem and now my MYBT is working again

Can you access MYBT using web browser?
Yes..tried different browsers but no luck.
It allows me to enter username and password then fails to load my details.
When I entered my email address and password it then said logged in but then could not access account and start again in a loop
Yes it seems to log in but no access to my account...top right corner used to have account number TH**** ****,now this shows "innactive"
