Unable to add Account

Hi

I have created my BTID entered my account number but cannot add account to get to my bills.

When I am asked to verify it the email address that comes up is nothing to do wiht me and I cannot change it

Where does this emails address come from I have made sure all the email address are correct.

HELP!
