Unable to claim BT Digital Reward

I have signed up to BT and as part of deal there was a GBP 50 BT Digital Reward.

I now have broadband installed but when I click link in email to claim nothing comes up in my BT id

Am i missing something appreciate any assistance

It's been a while but great to see you again. Sorry you're having trouble claiming your reward. The customer service guides should be able to sort that for you so can you give them a call on 030 1234 150 and let me know how you get on.
