Hello, I ordered BT Full Fibre 500 on Tuesday and my services have been activated however Iam having issues activating the free game pass. I've navigated to my BT and headed to the My Products section but I can't seem to find anything about the Game Pass. Any help is appreciated, cheers.

I am sorry that it doesn't seem to show up there for you. It's normally on that page when you scroll down as seen in the image I took from my own account:
When you log into your MyBT, scroll down to the bottom where you should hopefully see this:

Thanks for the quick reply. I see everything on that page except the gamepass section, Its like it hasn't been added on my account at all

I can now see the Game Pass. Not sure if someone added it for me or it just magically appeared, in any case thanks for the help.
