Unable to claim reward card

I recently purchased a new package that came with a reward card. I've had various reminders to claim my reward card but every time I try, I'm unable to get past the "choose account" page. It goes to the next page, header and footer but no content. I've seen others having the same issue, do we have a fix yet?

Sorry you're having problems claiming your reward. Have all your orders closed and all the services been activated?

Hi David, 

 

Yes the engineer visit was about 10 days ago. Theorder was actually placed about a month ago (long wait for the engineer installation visit).

Hi @Chazlamb

Thank you for taking the time to chat with me this morning.

I am sorry for the problems you've had claiming for your reward card.  I have put through the claim on your behalf and you'll receive an email soon confirming this.  It's a virtual reward card so you'll receive a follow on email with the card info too.

As this is sorted I'll go ahead and close this off from here, as agreed.
