Unable to claim reward card

Hi there,

As part of my braodband package I have received a £50 reward card. I keep getting texts and emails confirming I need to claim, but when I click activate it take me to my account page with no place to actually activate.

Can someone help me please.

Hi @Matt95Jones I'm sorry about that, if you use the message us option on this link the billing team will be able to help claim the reward card.
