Good morning all,
As the subjects suggests, im struggling to claim the £80 reward card that was offered when taking out the broadband deal. I have received multiple emails and texts reminding me to claim this, but after clicking the link, logging in, i find that the page is empty. Just a header and footer on the page.
After some research, it was suggested I wait until after the cooling off period, then i read it was take up to 30 days. At this point, its going to have been 2 months next week and im slowly running out of time.
Any help would be appreciated.
