I'm currently trying to create a MYBT account and get to the final step of the process with security questions , upon completing them numerous times on various phones, tablets, laptops and browsers I am greeted with a technical error message to try again later.

You have to ask BT for VAT invoices, they are not provided automatically.
i need access to the mybt thats what im having issues with, i cant create one

Just to update this, I used a new email address to create myBT Id and this resolved the issue.
