Hi.
I am trying to use the myBT app to assist with location of my discs.
However when I log into the app I am sent to ‘activate your BT ID..’
i have been a customer for years so can’t find the original email-it then says click log in and follow instructions to receive another activation link.
when I click log in I can see account billing etc but no where can I see instructions to receive another link.
I go round in circles it’s incredibly frustrating because there seems no way to access the app.

I am sorry for the problems you're having setting up the app to help with the location of your discs. Give our guides in the helpdesk a shout on 0330 1234 150 and they'll give you a hand with your BTID.

Thanks for the reply. I did manage to speak to somebody this morning on live chat and the matter has been resolved.
