I signed up to BT Full Fibre 500 over a year ago but have yet to redeem the Xbox Gamepass offer, I've just tried an I'm receiving an error when clicking the 'Add' button after completing the CAPTCHA I just get an error message "Unable to process your request. Please try again." - does anyone know the best approach to resolve this? I thought I would ask here first before braving the phone lines.
