Hi, I am unable to claim my 6 months free game pass offer. I have looked everywhere on the website and cannot seem to find it. I have noticed however that my accounts seem to have glitched, my default account appears to be for a BTsport add on I had with EE years ago.
Is there any way I can set my new account as default instead of the old obsolete one so i can hopefully redeem my game pass? Thank you in advance.

Hi Hashy, thanks for your PM update earlier to say that the Game Pass is now showing ok.
For the community the issue was an active BT Sport on EE account was also linked to the original BTID. Setting up a new BTID with another email address just for the broadband account and claiming the account holder status has resolved the issue.
