@Sarah851 & @Cassano11 if you have a future voice telephone line provided over full-fibre broadband with BT you, unfortunately, can't place upgrade orders via the bt.com website.
This type of line has been withdrawn by Openreach so the facility to make a changes on bt.com isn't possible, I'm really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

@Cassano11 Oh I see, as you're not an existing BT broadband customer that feature won't work. You'll need to check out www.bt.com/broadband for new customer deals.

Hi, I didnt want to make a new thread since this had already been reported.
I also cannot (and have never been able to ) view personalised offers online. It redirects me to select the account in question, no matter what I select I receive an error. 😞
I'm having the same issue too, it did work ok, but now its not working again
