I'm trying to sign up to Home Essentials broadband but the DWP check keeps failing even though I am in receipt of ESA. I'm a new customer so don't have an account yet. I have checked and double checked my details are correct and still can't pass the check.
Does anyone know what I need to do to have this recognised by the system?

Hi @Hanspan98, welcome to the forum and sorry you're unable to order Home Essentials.
We've come across a few cases like this and in the end it was incorrect information held with the DWP. Please give them a call and ensure all your details are correct.
