Hi I've recently upgraded to full fibre and was looking to claim my 12 month Xbox Game Pass, but after following the steps in the email I cannot find the BT Content Partner section on my account. I've followed the steps and the section does not appear for me when going to My BT -> My Products.
I do have multiple accounts (one old account, one account created in error and one actual account), and I cannot see this section for another of them. I have contacted about this previously and thought my account issue had been resolved but it looks to still be an issue. Please can someone reach out and resolve this for me.
