Unable to view existing or applicable broadband packages in My BT
If I log in to my BT account > Broadband and select "Log in for your deals"
It doesn't show my existing package, or any packages, but shows TV packages, oddly.
Support said it was a "Glitch" and it would be sorted but that was a while back. I've tried the usual things (cleared cache/incognito mode/etc) to no avail.
Anyone know what's going on?
