Hi,
I have been unable to view my bills, packages, and everything apart from my account details. i just get -
I originally had 2 accounts on myBT, one old account and my present account.
They removed the old account and said it would take 24 hours to show my current one correctly.
The old one has now gone but it still wont show correctly.
I did contact support over chat again and they refreshed the details and said to wait 24 hours but its still the same, can this be looked at please.
