Back in September, I placed an order for an upgrade to the Fibre 2 package as it was a good offer at that time. It doesn't kick-in until my existing contract finishes on the 20th December.
Today, I wanted to start checking to see if there are any better offers around, especially at this time (Black Friday etc.) but the as yet unfulfilled order is blocking any attempt to see what I might be entitled to.
Is there any way to get around this, even if it means having to cancel the existing order which, by the way, looks to be impossible as I've been looking on the "Track My Order" part of "My BT".
