Unrecognised number on tel. bill

Hi, My first post so please be patient!

my brother suffers from dementia and I m trying to help him with his finances. I have recently found on his BT bill calls to a number (118500) amounting to £500.00. Does anyone recognise this number. There are 70+ calls and I don't think he would be capable of making so many calls in the time frame on the bill.

Any help would be much appreciated.
