Is there an Email i can send proof of delivery for my returned smart hub to? Goods returned on 30/11/22, tracked and showing as delivered on 19/12 (see below) My bt messaging not working, gave up after 30 mins on phone! Must be an easier way
Hi, @irene2 thanks for sending the Hub back. At the moment it is taking approximately 3 weeks for returns to be processed after they've been returned.
