Upgrade from Fibre 2 to Fibre Hallo 3

It says I can say £10 a month, I think because I am out of contracts and I'm just wondering if I can do this upgrade without them having to install anything new?

ye be honest I was looking to get a more recent router as mine is 7 years old so am hoping to get a new router with this package.

However I may be moving in 6 months so don't really want to have to do any new wiring

Thank you

Re: Upgrade from Fibre 2 to Fibre Hallo 3

Hi @spd2

Welcome to the BT Community and thank you for your post!

Sorry for the confusion around BT Halo 3.  Have a look at this link for full info on BT Halo 3 and BT Halo 3+  --->  What is BT Halo and how can I get it?

You'll see the benefits on the link above.  The only scenario where something new would potentially need to be installed would be if you were changing your broadband product.  If you're just adding the BT Halo option on to your exising broadband nothing new will need to be installed and your broadband package would just have the BT Halo benefits added on.

You can have a word with our loyalty team on 0800 800 030 to see if there is an offer available that includes a new Hub as part of the renewal.  Adding the BT Halo benefits on either a new broadband product or your existing one, would involve a new package contract.

Thanks,

Robbie
