I just upgraded to full fibre 900 with halo3+. I already had my equipment, Bt hub and ee hybrid now I’m receiving emails from Bt wanting the ee hybrid hub back or they will charge me . How does the halo3 + hybrid connection , work without the ee hub ? Do I send it back or is it part of my package tried speaking to someone can’t get through

I'm sorry you're getting reminders to return your equipment. Please double-check the email as it should specify what piece(s) of equipment needs to be returned. If you were changed over to Digital Voice were you sent a new Smart Hub2 and the email is to return the old hub?
