Please can you tell me how I get my VOL reference number as I have to send this off to easyfundraising as I did my message through them for the donation. Thank you

Hi @CharlyD91, welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. 

Log into your MyBT on the web and then go to: www.bt.com/trackmyorder and you'll see a list of your orders.
